Our courses are recognised by the Kinesiology Federation.

  • OHB Practitioners Course

    The OHB Practitioner training leads to assessment and qualification as an OHB Associate Practitioner. Change your career and the lives of all your clients.

OHB is all encompassing from the Physical, Emotional and Mental to the Spiritual, Vibrational and Dimensional. There is so much covered in the course and a year on I’m still learning.

    Prerequisits
    No previous learning is required.

    Course Framework

    OHB Foundation Training provides comprises four x 2-day modules taught over 60 hours with 40 hours home-study and 20 case histories. Assessment and certification is generally within about 3 months of course completion

    Modules 1 and 2 are useful courses for anyone wanting to learn how to help themselves, friends and families and can be followed without assessment. 

    Module 1: Based on Touch For Health I

    • principles of Touch For Health and the art of muscle testing

    • the 14 muscle tests and main correction therapies

    • checking and correction for auricular and visual inhibition

    • relief of emotional stress and simple pain

    • self-help techniques. 

    Module 2: Based on Touch For Health II

    • the 5-Element concept

    • 14 more muscle tests

    • further techniques for helping pain and stress

    • food sensitivity testing

    • introduction of finger modes

    • goal setting to achieve deeper, more enduring balances.

    Module 3: Muscle test by body parts

    • muscle testing by body area: neck and shoulder girdle, trunk, low back and pelvis, hips, knees and ankles

    • review 5-Elements

    • self-help techniques

    Module 4: An introduction to OHB

    • the Optimum Health Mini Balance

    • working with OHB vibrational icons

    • review muscles and testing

    • review of course content, home and case studies

  • OHB Practitioners Course

    Prerequisite
    OHB Foundation or any similar certification

    Course Framework

    The OHB Practitioners course is a Kinesiology Federation recognised Kinesiology training. 

    There are 10 x 2-day modules* - 20 taught days plus at least 20 days of home study and practice. 

    * Interpersonal skills course must be completed by Module 7. This is a core subject and can be offered by OHB or an external course accepted by the KF. This is a 4 day course with home study and assignment.

    OHB Modules 1 to 10 and assessment

    The OHB Practitioner training leads to assessment and qualification as an OHB Associate Practitioner.  Completion of core subjects automatically leads to OHB Practitioner and Kinesiology Federation Registered Professional (KFRP) status.  These Modules are taught over a period of about 18 months.
