Consultations
Payment for therapy sessions is due at the time of the appointment in person.
For online sessions, payment is due within 24 hours of the appointment.
Cancellations of an appointment within 24 hours applies in which case the full fee is due.
Failure to attend an appointment will incur the full fee due within 48 hours of notification.
Training Courses & Retreat:
A minimum of £100 deposit is payable to secure a place. The balance is due no later than 3 weeks before the commencement of the course. The deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been made. The balance will be refundable within 4 weeks before the start of the course.
A course may be cancelled due to extreme circumstances in which case, all fees will be refunded.
Day Courses
The full amount due 7 days in advance of the course. This is non-refundable.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and will publish these on our site as they occur and will apply from the day of publication.
