    Classes for all ages and levels of fitness welcome. Help to get back into fitness, improve strength, balance, breathing & posture. Feel better & meet like minded people.

  • Child Classes

    For children aged 3.5yrs - teenagers. Ballet, Modern and Jazz classes for various age groups and abilities. Dance for fun to training for professional dance college. Performance skills and preparation for RAD exams.

  • Teen Classes

    Teens Jazz, Ballet and Modern classes help with posture, co-ordination, strength and flexibility. Build self confidence, performance skills to preparation for professional dance college.

About our dance classes

Dance is good for the soul, it lifts your spirits and gives you the feel good factor. Have fun, be creative and raise your body strength and balance. Improve posture and learn new moves whilst having fun!

Adult Classes

  • Ballet - 40mins barre work exercises and 20mins centre work. Learn lots of different steps and how to put them together with grace and control. Great exercise for strength and posture at the barre and some cardio exercise in the centre work.

  • Dance Fit - learn steps to popular, sing a long songs with a wide variety of styles. This is a good workout with cardiovascular movement and lots of fun.

Child & Teen Classes

  • Ballet Learn the basic steps right through to preparing for exams and shows. Great for posture, strength and co-ordination whilst learning a new skill. Discipline with enjoyment and creativity, social interaction and connection.

  • Modern combining contemporary, jazz, street and commercial styles. Children are encouraged to learn steps and then how to put them together into their own choreographies.
