About our Fitness & Yoga classes

Step into our beautiful studio with sprung dance floor, underfloor heating, mirrors and barre. We offer a friendly and welcoming environment to come and workout, meet and socialise.

You can drop in to a class or sign up on a monthly basis on our booking system below and choose the classes you can attend in advance to guarantee a place.
